SillyPark ("we", "us") provides free browser games at https://sillypark.com. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site and how it is used.

Information stored in your browser

Your scores, achievements, challenge progress, favourite games and settings are saved in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share a score. You can delete it at any time from the Profile page or by clearing your browser's site data.

Online multiplayer

Online matches use peer-to-peer WebRTC connections. A short-lived room code and the display name you type are relayed through a signalling server only to establish the connection; game data then travels directly between the two browsers. Your IP address is visible to the other player, as with any peer-to-peer connection.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent dialog before any personalised ads are loaded.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics to understand which games are popular and to improve the site. Analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors.

Children

The site is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask for names, e-mail addresses or accounts.

Your rights

Because we do not operate accounts, there is no personal data to export or correct on our servers. To remove the data stored in your browser, use the reset option on your profile page. For questions, contact [email protected].
