How to play Geo Quiz
Choose one of three modes. In Flags you see a flag and pick the country. In Capitals you see a country and its flag and pick the capital city. In Continents you pick the continent the country belongs to. Each game is 15 questions drawn from 183 countries, with four answers per question and 12 seconds to choose.
A correct answer earns 100 points plus a speed bonus of up to 100, which shrinks as the timer bar runs down. Correct answers in a row build a multiplier that grows by 0.1 each time, up to double points. A wrong answer or running out of time resets it, and the right answer is shown before the next question.
Tips
- βΈIn Flags and Capitals the wrong answers usually come from the same continent, so knowing the region alone isn't enough.
- βΈAnswer straight away when you're sure: the speed bonus drains every second, and a fast answer is worth almost twice a slow one.
- βΈA wild guess that misses resets your multiplier, which costs more over a run than one slow correct answer.
- βΈOn a keyboard, keys 1 to 4 pick the answers in order.
